Authorized-agent designation & limited power of attorney

Version lpoa-v1-2026-08-05 · Signed electronically by each covered adult during intake

Data brokers can lawfully demand proof that a removal request really comes from you. This authorization is that proof. Each covered adult signs their own — it's personal to you, and it exists so brokers can't stonewall your requests.

What you authorize

By signing during intake, you designate Dynamo Commerce LLC (operating as Noira) as your authorized agent under the California Consumer Privacy Act and equivalent state privacy laws, and grant a limited power of attorney solely to:

Revocation

Revoke anytime by emailing support@noiraprivacy.com with "revoke my authorization." Revocation stops new requests immediately; requests already filed with brokers complete on the brokers' timelines. Canceling your subscription revokes the authorization automatically at the end of the paid term.

How signing works

During intake you read this authorization and sign by typing your full legal name, which must match the legal name on your intake. We record the signed name, this document's version, and a timestamp as your signature record. When a broker requires the designation in their own format, we complete it from your signed record and notify you in your report.

This is the complete text of what you agree to — there is no longer version in smaller print. Questions before signing are welcome at support@noiraprivacy.com.
