Privacy policy

Effective August 5, 2026 · Noira is operated by Dynamo Commerce LLC ("Noira", "we")

We are a privacy company. This policy is written to be read — no legalese walls, no burying the important parts. If anything here is unclear, email support@noiraprivacy.com and a human will explain it.

The short version

What we collect, and why

Free scan (no account)

You provide a name, state, and optionally a city and age. We use it to run the scan you asked for, show you the results, and nothing else. We do not store the name you searched, we do not require your email to see results, and we do not reuse scan inputs for marketing. We keep a short-lived, anonymized record (a salted hash of your IP address and a result count) purely to prevent abuse of the scan tool.

Customers

To remove your listings we need roughly what the brokers already publish: your legal name and variants, date of birth, current and past addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and optionally relatives' names. You provide this in the intake form after signup. We also hold your signed authorized-agent designation, your subscription details, and the proof screenshots generated by your sweeps.

We never ask for your Social Security number. We never ask for a blanket copy of your government ID; in the rare case a specific broker demands identity verification, we request it from you one-off, tell you which broker and why, have you mask everything the broker doesn't need, and delete it once the request completes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our systems. We hold your plan, billing status, and receipts.

What we do with it

We submit opt-out and deletion requests to data brokers in your name, monitor the results, capture before-and-after evidence, and send you reports. Broker communications run through purpose-built mailboxes we control — brokers never get your real email address from us. Where a broker requires contact details in a request, we use the minimum your authorization covers.

Use limitation: acting as your authorized agent legally restricts what we may do with your information — we use it to fulfill your requests and verify the results, and for nothing else. No advertising, no profiling, no sale, no sharing beyond the service providers below.

Who touches your data

How long we keep it

Active customers: for as long as you subscribe, because re-checking and re-filing is the service. After your service ends: no longer than 24 months, kept only so that reappearance history and proof records stay intact if you return, then deleted. On request: sooner — email support with "delete my account" and we erase your intake data, screenshots, and reports, keeping only what tax and payment law requires us to retain about the transaction itself.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we honor: access (a copy of everything we hold about you), correction, deletion, and portability. Email support@noiraprivacy.com from your account email; we verify it's you and respond within the legal deadline — in practice, within days. We don't discriminate against you for exercising any right, and we don't make you call a phone tree to do it.

Security

Customer data lives in an encrypted datastore, access-controlled to the systems and people running your sweeps. Proof screenshots and intake data are never stored in public or shared systems. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you directly and promptly, tell you exactly what was exposed, and say what we're doing about it — the same transparency we sell.

Children

Noira is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information about children under 16, and our plans cover adults who each sign their own authorization.

Changes

If we change this policy, the changes appear here with a new effective date, and material changes get emailed to customers before they take effect. We will never change it to permit selling your data — that would be the end of the company, and we'd deserve it.
