Terms of service

Effective August 5, 2026 · Noira is operated by Dynamo Commerce LLC, an Arizona limited liability company

1. What Noira is

Noira is a data-broker opt-out and privacy administration service. When you subscribe, we scan data-broker and people-search sites for listings about each covered person, submit removal and opt-out requests as their authorized agent, verify outcomes with before-and-after evidence, deliver reports, and re-check on a recurring cycle for as long as the subscription is active.

2. Accounts and covered persons

Plans cover a fixed number of people (one, two, or four). Every covered adult completes their own intake and signs their own authorized-agent designation — one adult cannot sign away another adult's rights, so each person's authorization is their own. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide; sweeps are only as good as the identity details behind them.

3. Price, renewal, and cancellation

Plans are billed annually, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel first — we say this here, at checkout, and in your receipts, because surprise renewals are the industry's worst habit and we want no part of it.

Cancel anytime: self-serve via the manage-subscription link in any receipt, or by emailing support@noiraprivacy.com. Cancellation stops the renewal; service continues to the end of the paid term.

4. The 30-day money-back guarantee

If you ask for a refund within 30 days of your first purchase, you get one — full, no questions asked, processed promptly. Sweeps stop and your data is deleted per the privacy policy. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan, not to renewals (which you can simply cancel).

5. What we promise — and the honest limits

We promise the work: scans run, requests filed, outcomes verified, evidence delivered, re-checks forever. We do not promise the internet forgets you — no one can, and you should distrust anyone who claims otherwise. Specifically:

6. Acceptable use

The free scan and the service exist to protect the person being scanned. You may scan yourself, or someone who asked you to. Using Noira to locate, monitor, or research other people is prohibited, is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and — where it breaks the law — will be reported.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Noira's total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the acts of data brokers, including their refusal to comply, their republication of your data, or the consequences of information they exposed before or during your subscription. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Arizona law. Before any formal dispute, email support — a human with authority to fix things reads every message, and almost everything resolves there. Formal disputes go to the state or federal courts of Arizona.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to customers at least 14 days before they take effect. If a change isn't acceptable, cancel and — if you're inside the first 30 days — take the guarantee.
